Do you offer team building activities as part of conferences?

What size groups do you cater for?
We work with groups of all sizes, from intimate leadership retreats to large-scale conferences, multi-day events, and gala nights for 500+ attendees (and growing!). Can you help us find the right venue?
Yes, and it’s one of our specialties! We have great relationships with top venues and hotels across Australia and New Zealand. We’ll find the perfect space for your event, and negotiate on your behalf based on your group size, style, location, and budget. It’s venue sourcing, made easy.
How much involvement do we need to have in the planning?
As hands-on / or hands-off as you like! Some clients give us the brief and leave the rest to us, while others love being involved throughout the process. Whatever your style, we’ll keep you in the loop and make sure you feel confident and informed every step of the way.
Can you manage event logistics on the day?
Absolutely! We provide full on-site event management to ensure everything runs like clockwork, from registrations and AV setup to speaker coordination and catering. You can focus on your guests and content, while we handle the behind-the-scenes magic.

How far in advance should we start planning our conference?
