Acceptance of these terms

By paying the deposit, you are accepting the terms & conditions as set out below.

Cancellation policy

  • The 20% deposit is non-refundable & is required to secure your booking.

  • Any additional payments made may be partially refundable, depending on how close to the event the cancellation occurs.

  • Cancellations within 14 days of your event may incur up to 100% of the total event cost.

Booking terms

  • Your event is not confirmed until this deposit has been received.

  • The remaining balance will be invoiced and is payable according to the schedule below.

Progress Payments

  • To help everything run smoothly, we operate on a staged payment schedule:

    • 20% deposit – Due at the time of booking (non-refundable)

    • Progress payment(s) – Typically 30–60% of the total, due during the planning phase (exact timing confirmed upon booking)

    • Final balance – Due 14 days prior to your event date

    Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation or delay of your event.

External Bookings & Supplier Fees

  • Where Tailored Conferences makes external bookings on your behalf (such as hotels, venues, catering, travel, or entertainment), those bookings are subject to the terms and cancellation policies of each individual supplier.

  • We are not responsible for any non-refundable fees or penalties imposed by third parties.

  • We are not responsible if the external venue cancels the booking or makes changes beyond our control.

Abusive / inappropriate behaviour

We have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to abusive or inappropriate behaviour towards any of our hosts. If at any time during your event our host becomes uncomfortable due to the behaviour of your guests, Tailored Team Building reserves the right to stop your event. No refunds will be issued in this event.

Inappropriate behaviour includes;

  • Inappropriate touching or language towards the hosts
  • Drug use or high intoxication around hosts
  • Behaving rude or aggressive towards our hosts

Photography, Videos & Marketing

Any photos or videos taken during your event remain the property of Tailored Conferences & we retain the right to use these on our own website and social media (Facebook, Instagram & YouTube). Unless we receive an objection we will assume that permission has been granted.

First Aid

Our staff carry basic compact first aid kits, and hand sanitisers. All our staff have mobile phones & all our courses are accessible by emergency services if required.
